Jerry Beerman

Cofounder

Being a leader and owner of a trades business for 17 years, Jerry has a deep value for a culture that supports personal growth and development for his staff and clients, typically remodeling contractors. Jerry is appreciative of the opportunity to invest in the next generation in the same way he has done with Alluring Glass.

Rick Meyer

Advisory Team Member

Rick is an architect and business manager for Meyer Brother and Sons, a design, build and remodel firm. He's been working for the family business since he was a kid. After graduating from Ball State University, he moved to Oregon to pursue his soon-to-be-wife. They landed back in Ohio in 2008 and they have three children in Hamilton Ohio.

John McCarthy

Advisory Team Member

John is a career counselor that is passionate about supporting the next-gen's understanding of their many career options and how to decide on the right path to pursue. He is a devoted husband to Julie, and father to his three young children, who he loves to coach in all sports.
